Clinical Research Experience

As a – Principal Investigator in the following Trial:-

1.An Open label, multicentre. Single – arm trial to assess the safety of XXX for subjects with locally advanced or metastatic non – small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) harboring EGFR mutation (S)

2.“An Open Label, Single Arm, Multicentric, Phase IV study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Bevacizumab of XXX Pharmaceuticals Limited in approved indications.”

3.International multicenter randomized double blind phase III trial comparing safety and efficacy of BCD-021 and paclitaxel + carboplatin to Avastin® (F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, Switzerland) and paclitaxel + carboplatin in inoperable or advanced non-squamous non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients

As a – Sub Investigator in the following Trial:-

1.A Randomized, double – blind, multicenter study of XXX Compared with YYY in the treatment of Bone metastases in subjects with advanced breast cancer.

A Randomized, Controlled phase III trial of XXX and Best supportive care (BSC) versus BSC alone in patients with Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC), Refractory or progressive within six months of completing First – Line, Platinum Containing chemotherapy.

3.A Randomized Phase 3 Study of XXX in Combination with YYY versus YYY Monotherapy in Patients with Recurrent or Metastatic Head and Neck Cancer.

4.A Prospective Randomized, Phase III Multi – Cancer Study of XXX compared with YYY in Non – Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

Training on ICH/GCP guideline.

Skills:

Performed more than 1000 procedures like Bone marrow aspiration and/or biopsy, fine needle aspiration cytology, pleural/ ascetic fluid aspiration etc. Used more than 100 protocols for different hematological and solid malignancy patients.

Papers Presented at National / International Conferences:

1.Oral paper titled "Microbiological profile of febrile neutropenia in patients of hematological malignancies"- at Annual conference of health care associated infections and prevention held at Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India in December 2012.

2.Presented a poster titled "Osteosarcoma of Maxilla- A Case report"at Gujarat Orthopedic conference 2013, Rajkot, Gujarat, India held in Feb. 2013.
